It is a permanent design object that happens to burn — conceived by two people in Bordeaux, inspired by Haussmannian geometry, and made to inhabit a considered interior long after the flame is gone. Each vessel is built on a twelve-sided geometric system — twelve faces, thirty degrees apart. The geometry of clocks, compass roses, and the facades of Haussmannian Paris. The warm sand finish develops a natural patina with time and light. No two pieces are identical. This candle opens with the heady, sun-warmed radiance of jasmine, the heart reveals the velvety sweetness of ripe apricot, warm and intimate. The base settles into a sparkly, sandlwood that stays long after the flame is gone. Candle care Let the candle burn until the entire surface is melted—this prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn. Before each use, trim the wick to about 5 mm—for a soft, smokeless flame. Do not burn for more than 4 to 5 hours per use. Let the candle rest before relighting. Avoid drafts, direct sunlight, and excessive heat to preserve its fragrance intensity. When 1 cm of wax remains, extinguish the candle. Reuse your handmade jar—it’s made to last. Slow down, light it, and let the fragrance fill the silence.
