The Simplus is a full face mask, so its silicone RollFit cushion seals over both your nose and mouth in one piece. Instead of a water chamber, it uses a waterless AirMist HME cartridge for humidification, so there is no tank to fill or spill in a hotel room, and you can check your therapy data through the MySleepDash app over USB-C or Bluetooth.
