The Somnofit-S is a mandibular advancement device (MAD) designed to reduce snoring by moving the lower jaw forward to help keep the airway open during sleep. It does not require hoses, machines, or electricity; the adjustment is mechanical. The guard is made in Switzerland using biomedical-grade polymers that are free from latex, silicone, BPA, phthalates, and harsh chemicals. It comes with five elastic straps that allow selecting the level of jaw advancement. It includes small, medium, and large cushion fit options, and the “boil-and-bite” method permits custom molding to individual dental profiles.
