The AirTouch F30i Clear Frame is a replacement system of the AirTouch F30i Full Face CPAP/BiPAP system. It works as a central support for the cushion, elbow, and headgear of the mask, and helps to maintain the internal air channel that delivers therapy pressure from the CPAP or BiPAP machine to the mask interface. The frame is built from medical-grade polycarbonate designed for high impact resistance and stability under continuous positive airway pressure up to 30 cm H₂O. Its top-of-head connector includes a 360° rotating swivel made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and polypropylene for unrestricted tubing movement and consistent pressure flow across multiple sleep positions. The assembly is interchangeable with the AirFit F30i (magnetic version) and supports ComfiSoft and AdaptiSeal cushions from the AirTouch F30i series. Magnet housings are made with nickel-plated neodymium magnets, encapsulated in polymer for safety and corrosion resistance. All materials are BPA-free, phthalate-free, and latex-free. Magnet safety guidelines specify maintaining at least 150 mm (6 in) distance from active implanted medical devices.
