The AirTouch F30i Cushion is part replacement designed for use with the ResMed AirTouch F30i Full Face CPAP Mask. The design supports pressure stability and comfort during positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy while minimizing facial contact and skin irritation. The outer textile layer functions as a breathable surface, allowing limited heat and moisture transfer away from the skin. Beneath this layer, the flexible silicone core maintains the shape of the cushion and adapts to facial movements to preserve an effective seal throughout varying sleep positions. The cushion follows an under-the-nose geometry, distributing pressure below the nasal bridge and reducing localized compression. It is available in three cushion sizes: Small-Wide (SW), Medium (M), and Large (L) to accommodate different facial profiles. The component is mechanically compatible with the AirFit F30i frame system (magnetic configuration) but has not been validated for use with non-magnetic variants. The cushion integrates QuietAir diffused venting to manage exhaled airflow and maintain consistent pressure dynamics within the mask assembly. Replacement is typically recommended every one to three months, depending on material condition and seal integrity.
