The F30i's single cushion covers the nose and mouth, and its tube-up connection routes the hose up and over the pillow instead of across your cheek, so side sleeping does not pull the seal loose. The AirSense 10 runs ResMed's AutoSet algorithm, adjusting pressure breath by breath within a 4 to 20 cm H2O range, and it can switch to fixed CPAP mode if your prescription calls for that instead. AutoRamp eases you into pressure as you fall asleep, and Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) softens each exhale.
