The Small, Medium, Large and XLarge all come packaged with the same size frame. Features Product Features Fit And Comfort The cushion is made of FlexiFoam and a silicone seal so that you get the best of both worlds. The FlexiFoam enhances comfort while the silicone seal ensures a proper seal. FlexiFoam The inner foam cushion helps contour the mask to a wide range of faces and promotes optimal frame alignment. The outer silicone seal allows for a leak resistant surface and is soft, light and features advanced active contouring that conforms naturally to the patient’s face. Cleaning Notes Due to the oils your face releases, cleaning your mask and the constant wear and tear your Forma cushions go through, we recommend replacing the cushion and silicone seal every 1-3 months. If the cushions are not replaced on time, patients tend to over tighten the headgear to maintain an effective seal which ultimately causes pain to your face or has a negative effect on your sleep quality. The Forma cushions are meant to appear full in nature and not squished to your face. If the mask cushion is flat on your face, it is more than likely time to replace both your headgear as well as your cushion and silicone seal. If proper replacement of supplies does not happen, you could see a negative change in your sleep quality.
