With a legacy as legendary as Eddie Van Halen's, the EVH Frankenstein Relic Series Electric Guitar, affectionately dubbed "Frankie," is more than just an instrument - it's a piece of rock history. This iconic guitar is a testament to Eddie's innovative spirit, blending the rich, resonant sound of a classic single-cut solid body guitar with the ergonomic design and tremolo bar functionality of a Fender Stratocaster. The EVH Frankenstein Series is a consumer-friendly adaptation of Eddie's famed red, black, and white Frankenstrat guitar, complete with a meticulously distressed finish that exudes a vintage charm. Crafted from a solid piece of basswood, this solid-body electric guitar delivers a powerful growl that rivals the best in its class, while its robust mids effortlessly slice through even the most chaotic rhythm sections. At the heart of this guitar's sound is a direct-mount Wolfgang humbucker, expertly engineered to replicate Eddie's signature tone, particularly when paired with a high-gain amplifier. The sleek quartersawn maple neck and fast-playing compound-radius relic'd maple fingerboard are designed for speed and precision, making this guitar a shredder's dream. The Floyd Rose, equipped with a D Tuna and intentionally positioned against the body, allows for effortless execution of Eddie's signature tremolo work and provides instant access to Drop D tuning. The EVH Frankenstein Series guitars are brimming with the classic Van Halen aura, but their true strength lies in their exceptional tone and lightning-fast playability. Experience the unique blend of vintage aesthetics and modern performance with the EVH Frankenstein Relic Series Electric Guitar.
