The ULTepap is an EPAP (Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure) device made for adults with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea. It functions without a blower, hose, or electricity. When you inhale, a Rashidi-Sleeper valve collapses so you can draw breath in without resistance. When you exhale, the valve inflates and forces air through grooves, creating back pressure that helps hold the airway open. The device uses soft nasal cushions resting at the nostrils, held in place with lightweight elastic headgear. Cushions come in three sizes (small, medium, large).
